PROPERTY LET LEGAL PROTECTION & RENT GUARANTEE - In spite of thorough referencing it is impossible to predict events in the future that may change a tenant's liability to pay rent e.g. redundancy. This policy protects the rent you are due untill vacant possesion is obtained for up to 6 or 12 months (excluding the first months lost rent). Cover also includes all related legal expenses and malicious damage caused over £1000.
